Re: Your Favorite Scout Loadout.
My favorite loadout by far is Scattergun/Mad Milk/Boston Basher
Scattergun because it's the best for most situations where you need to dish out a lot of damage.
Mad Milk to keep me and my teammates alive, aswell as extinguish if necessary. I can basically take down a heavy head on if he's milked.
Boston Basher, because the bleeding damage together with the milk is basically a regeneration similar to a medic. It also messes up Snipers and I love using the hit and run tactic to do chip damage.

My favorite Scout set for MvM:
1.Force-A-Nature
2.Mad Milk
3.Fan-O-War
That set is very useful at the time you'd need to slow down fast robots or when there's a giant robot you can milk it, it get slower and your team can regenerate health my damaging it, and it would be faster if you hit them with the fan-o-war, dealing mini crits. Don't upgrade weapons (Unless is the mad milk) Just upgrade resistances, i don't think you wanna die everytime you run into the robot herd, and its funny too.
Well now normally:
1.Strange Silver Botkiller Scattergun Mk.II
2.Strange Pistol
3.Strange bat or Pan
Once again, stocks are my favorites xD

Re: Your Favorite Scout Loadout.
My main (in bold)/favourite would be default Scattergun/Force a Nature, default Pistol/Mad Milk/Crit-a-Cola, Boston Basher.
Scattergun because it can kill many classes with a few meat-shots (exception of Heavy and maybe Soldier).
Force a Nature because it's funny watching people fly across the map especially over cliffs or Sniper on the ledge on 2 Fort.
Pistol as I find it better than the other pistols.
Mad Milk on Degroot Keep, coupled with Boston Basher makes it quite useful.
Crit-a-Cola only if on Valve servers where people can't hit 99.99% of their shots and so I can easily pick them off.
Boston Basher is useful in many instances. So long as you don't hit yourself, you're good. It is also great for helping Medics build their Uber.

Re: Your Favorite Scout Loadout.
Scattergun, Pocket Pistol, and Fan of War. I usually have no use to the stock melee unless I Hit engineers spamming "Need a dispenser here" go and hit enemies with the frying pan while pocketed with a quick fix medic. pocket pistol can be decent if you are careful against pyros...
Re: Your Favorite Scout Loadout.
Scattergun, Stock Pistol, and The Holy Mackerel
