About Games...
What was the best game you played during your childhood?
To me it was Team Buddies on the PSX...it was a game with elements of RTS and TPS where you could "build" your comrades, weapons and even vehicles...It had a crap-ton of weapons, skins, modes and stuff and also the graphic style is valid even today.
I'll leave a video link to the game down here and if you have a PSX emulator I really suggest you to give it a try!
Here's a vid about a random deathmatch vs bots of some random guy:

Mine were The Legend Of Zelda: Wind waker, Majora's Mask and ocarina of time, on gamecube, (The Legend of Zelda collector's Edition)
Re: About Games...
Well, there were many games I grew up with, like Mario Kart, Sonic, Ghost Recon, Medal Of Honor, Age Of Empires II... It's a good long list.

I really loved the classic PoP series, but this was the game I liked most.

Re: About Games...
I actually forgot about this game. This used to be one of the best games I played during when I was in my childhood too, it's really addictive. I used to play it with my friends in the past, so much fun in it.   ÂX4vi0uR wrote:What was the best game you played during your childhood?

If only I'd been brave enough to play Resident Evil... man, it is a good game, give and take all the jumpscares, mixed in with combat and puzzle solving. And who can't forget the zombie in the closet?

Re: About Games...
I honestly (Please don't kill me) never played resident evil, not because i'm scared of it, its because i never had the oportunity to play it.

THIS SCENE ALONE WAS ENOUGH. And that's at the very start of the game. I couldn't build up the courage to progress.

Same here, I used to play Crash Bandicoot, Marvel Vs Capcom and a bunch of other games at the time...another great game of my past was Crash Team Racing, but (to me) Team Buddies was a hell of a satisfying experience (then and even now).
Also I had just PSX, too. Before it I'd just those "fake" NES with those 100 games cartridges that to me were so awesome back then. I remember when my neighboor friend got a "gaming pc" (it was 1995 and a gaming pc was a pc with just the floppy disk entrance and some pre-installed games in it, with no windows at all), I'd go to his house just to play some Jack Jazzrabbit and other installed Sega Genesis games, along with the original Rise Of The Triad.

Same here, I remember when I was in middle school I was still scared to play Resident Evil games...my first one was the 4th (very different from the classic formula but still awesome) on my PS2 when I was 14...until then I couldn't play horror game nor watch horror movies at all  (I was even scared of violence like in Terminator and Predator). Max Payne 3 is really good. Story is pretty gold. Doesn't seem to want to end though... Just finished the one mission in a football stadium and still seems to be going.

You know, I had absolutely no idea whatsoever. But now I'm not sure how I feel... Very good game. Don't get me wrong. Just that it takes forever to reach the end. x-x

Well, I never notice because I'm too busy diving in the air with Bullet Time, shooting people in the face and getting a cool killcam, and then continuing to shoot them for no reason in the killcam because it looks cool.

The single greatest thing in that game. Spamming bullet time is fun. Sucks when you run out of ammo though.

Yeah, that feeling when you're in one of those near death Bullet Times, and you run out of ammo, and you just have to wait for the slo-mo to finish until you anti-climatically fall to the ground in a dead heap.Space Pirate Summers wrote:Dimitri Awesometh wrote:Well, I never notice because I'm too busy diving in the air with Bullet Time, shooting people in the face and getting a cool killcam, and then continuing to shoot them for no reason in the killcam because it looks cool.

Yeeeeah, those are no fun at all. Kinda' kills all the suspense leading up to that one moment before hitting bullet time.
