Server Suggestion: Bots

The Suggestion: Add bots to the server, that will help populate it when there are under a certain number of people on the server (probably when under 12-14).

Why?: Being on a low-populated server is boring; I'm sure we all have experienced that. Simply put, adding some bots will give something for people to shoot at, and keep the match flowing.

Important Things to Note: 1. Some gamemodes do not support bots at the moment: Payload Race, Arena Mode, Special Delivery, and MvM. The bots more or less either don't move or will be unaware of objectives.
2. Some maps do not have NAV files for bots (usually Community maps). Obviously, you can use nav_generate in the console, but ot would be frustrating for that to happen over and over again, so some way to precache the generated NAVs for maps would need to be saved for the server.

Shooting bots may be fun but they r still AI not as fun as playin wif fren

That is an iffy. Bots are good for servers that are smaller, but does CGC really need it? We'll have to see what Knight and Sekai say.
